What is the shipping return?
The products are delivered directly from the artist to your doorstep. The Loppist doesn’t handle direct shipping at this moment, but we pre-screen and carefully select artists who are deemed reliable and trustworthy and have previous experience shipping their creations.

Which countries do we ship to?
Currently, we offer shipping within India only.
How much will the delivery cost us?
Currently, we offer complimentary shipping within India for all purchases.
This is subjective depending on where the package is sent from and its destination. Also the size of the product and delivery type (standard or express) will affect the price. Delivery costs are clearly stated on the checkout page while buying.
How long does it take normally for an order to arrive?
Typically, orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days, and delivery is expected within 5-7 days after dispatch. However, if the delivery location is challenging to access, the delivery time may exceed our estimated timeframe.
To confirm the delivery address, we may reach out to you via the email or phone number provided. We utilize only reputable courier companies and/or Speed Post for all deliveries.
ARTSSYZEN ART STUDIO cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company or any external factors beyond our control. Our goal is to ensure the timely delivery of your order as stated in the order confirmation.
In the unlikely event that delivery is not feasible due to reasons outside of ArtssyZen's control, such as poor courier services in the area, inaccessible delivery location, or force majeure events, we will notify you and cancel the order, providing a full refund.
What is a return policy?
The key element of our products is quality control. Product Inspections allow us to verify product quality on-site at different stages of the production process and before its dispatch, hence we do not accept any returns or exchanges and all sales are final. Exceptions may apply on a discretionary basis.
You must contact us via a message on WhatsApp and/or email us at artssyzen@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your product, providing your Order Details, Full Name, and the reason for requesting a replacement or refund. This will allow us to schedule a pickup for the return of the product.
What if, loss or damage shipping?
The buyers assume the responsibility for their shipment once it enters the postal system and the seller is not liable for any delay, damage, or loss that may occur during shipping. Please check your delivery address and make sure your artwork can be delivered safely at your end.
Occasionally, handling by shipping agencies can result in damage, especially on lengthy trips. Loss or theft can also occur during delivery. Adhering to the following procedures will increase the chances of successfully pursuing the matter with the shipping company.
It is advisable to not allow the courier to leave your parcel unattended if you are unable to receive it personally. In such cases, it is recommended to arrange for personal pick-up of the parcel from the shipping depot or an official hub.
Upon receipt of the shipment, it is important to inspect the exterior packaging for any signs of damage. If damage is evident, either decline the delivery or open the package in the presence of the delivery person to inspect the contents. If the artwork inside is damaged, decline the delivery and take photographs for documentation. It is imperative to report the damage and submit the documentation, along with photographs, to the local office of the shipping company within 7 days of receipt.
If these responsibilities are not met on your end, we will be unable to assist you. Please be understanding when contacting us if your painting gets damaged, lost, or stolen during transit. We want you to know that it's just as disappointing for us.
Please keep in mind that we have no control over the handling of your package by the shipping service or post office, but we will do our best to support you in resolving any issues.
About Colour Accuracy?
Please be advised that the colours of the prints and paintings may appear differently on different computer monitors. There may be slight variations between the colours displayed on your screen and the actual colours of the product. To ensure you are satisfied with the product, we recommend reviewing the colours on multiple monitors before purchasing. We strive to accurately represent the colours and tones in our work and if you have any questions or concerns about the colours, please do not hesitate to contact us by email or Whatsapp. If you are not satisfied with the product, please feel free to reach out to us at artssyzen@gmail.com
