Is there international shipping?

No, currently we only ship in India but will soon start international shipping.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We do not have cash on delivery. We use Razorpay which includes a wide variety of payment methods including UPI, credit card & debit card payments.

What are your sustainability & social responsibility practices?

Our most of products are made-to-order, which means we do not mass produce except fridge magnets. We use eco-friendly materials wherever possible, and are shipped efficiently to reduce carbon emissions.

What are 'made to order' products?

Our most of the products are made to order, which means we start to work on your artwork after you place an order.

How does shipping work?

We are pleased to provide free shipping in India for all artworks. If you get to the checkout page and it indicates that your address is not deliverable, please email us so we can get you the best rate.

Please know that as a small business, shipping & handling is a significant cost to us. "Free shipping" means that we pay for shipping. Thank you for understanding!

Will you be adding more artwork?

Yes, new collections are launched every few months. If you'd like to see more behind the scenes & inspirations behind the collections, feel free to follow along on Instagram.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, we love making custom art for you. That can include canvas paintings, wall art, fridge magnets & papercuts. We also provide framing so you can have the entire gifting experience. You can book custom orders in our booking tab.

What is your return policy?

Our most of products are made to order, we do not accept returns unless a product is damaged. In that case, please drop an email at artssyzen@gmail.com with images of the damaged product & we can resolve the issue. Please carefully consider your purchase before ordering, so we can all help to reduce waste.
